on the operation of the electricity supplier station, I think different webmaster will have different thinking. Some owners like the main price card, with the price of interest to attract visitors attention, and some owners like the main features cards, engage in a number of small and clean art, to win a small minority of the eye. In fact, although we are not doing the same type of electricity supplier station, but in a sense, we are using the same kind of resources, so the operation should also be synchronous thinking. Especially the discount station, for we are shopping more sensitive nerve, is only by the price you can directly fix the user? Now it is no longer at the beginning of the development of online shopping, for the operation of the site, the webmaster to have some of their own ideas, and then I’ll share next year to do their own discount station ideological sentiment.

market segments can capture the market and win opportunities. Although we are all grassroots webmaster, channels and resources with large companies can not be compared, but I want to say that this is precisely our advantages, as compared to large companies making complicated, as individuals, we can make the quick judgement according to the market situation. Moreover, under the circumstances of limited manpower and material resources, we must not blindly pursue the broad objectives of the station. Just like their own discount network, although the product category can be used as much as possible the conversion rate of traffic, but who knows the deepening of resources for the webmaster’s own pressure. Why can jumei.com foothold in the cosmetics industry, relying on the precise and professional?. The same reason, the discount network to really open the market, in order to allow visitors to pay attention to their own, we must let each other understand their position, understand their advantages. In the face of the market more than a dozen discount categories, I only do men and women, mother and baby, and so on several specific categories, to make themselves become more professional, more able to let each other remember me.

in addition to discounts, quality is more important. Why is the present sale less effective than before?. The key is that we all have a feeling of being fooled. Compared to the promise, now the low price promotions give more impression is "good goods, not cheap, cheap, no good goods."". Such a consumer mentality is certainly not conducive to their own development. But the idea is not all webmaster understand, they think in the user’s purchase concept, the price is still the first. In fact, with the improvement of living standards, the pursuit of quality than we expected, even if not aware of this, we care to think you do change, a low price to buy inferior products and a slightly higher price to buy genuine, which lets you Shu heart? So, discount net to become bigger and stronger, the quality must hold, can casually collected several discount information began to flicker, carefully look at jumei.com discount, the highest is not higher than 30 percent off, generally around 50 percent off, this discount is undoubtedly the most suitable Chinese consumers discount. The same is true for us.

wants to dispel everyone’s worries about shopping. The biggest advantage of e-commerce is convenient and fast, but only a few pictures on the completion of the transaction immediately, which is still a number of hidden dangers. Especially >

Perched on a steep rocky slope in an area distinguished by its pine forest and captivating views of Beirut and the sea, this house is almost invisible at surface level. Layered, it consists of three flowing expanses of inhabitable concrete. These superposed cantilevered floors support the various elements of the brief, which are tied together by an internal ramp running through the villa. Open floors are presented as horizontal incisions that lend a certain structure to the rugged surroundings. Spacious inside, the cantilevered villa projects itself into empty space. Provocative, it surprises inhabitants with its interpretation of the landscape. With no outer skin, no envelope, it seems no more than an interior, all the more stunning for the way it creates apparently seamless interaction with the exterior.Save this picture!© Ieva SaudargaiteSave this picture!SectionSave this picture!© Iwan BaanSave this picture!Ground floor planSave this picture!© Iwan BaanProject gallerySee allShow lessStorberget Viewpoint and Rest Stop Area / PushakSelected ProjectsBanyan Tree Anji / ZSD + CL3 Architects + Design Department of Banyan Tree GroupSelected Projects Share Houses “COPY” “COPY” Save this picture!© Ieva Saudargaite+ 16Curated by María Francisca González Share Villa-T / YTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and AssociatesSave this projectSaveVilla-T / YTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates Architects: YTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates Area Area of this architecture project CopyHouses•Lebanon Projects 2013 ShareFacebookTwitterPinterestWhatsappMailOrhttps://www.archdaily.com/905402/villa-t-ytaa-youssef-tohme-architects-and-associates Clipboard Area:  3000 m² Year Completion year of this architecture project Photographs Photographs:  Ieva Saudargaite, Iwan Baan Manufacturers Brands with products used in this architecture project ShareFacebookTwitterPinterestWhatsappMailOrhttps://www.archdaily.com/905402/villa-t-ytaa-youssef-tohme-architects-and-associates Clipboard Manufacturers: Vitrocsa Products translation missing: en-US.post.svg.material_description Villa-T / YTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates ArchDaily Year:  Lebanon CopyAbout this officeYTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and AssociatesOfficeFollowProductsGlassConcrete#TagsProjectsBuilt ProjectsSelected ProjectsResidential ArchitectureHousesLebanonPublished on November 14, 2018Cite: “Villa-T / YTAA – Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates” 14 Nov 2018.
