This conference will be our biggest yet, with more than 5,000 expected attendees from across the globe, including heads of state, policymakers, youth, media, corporate representatives, health workers, academics, and advocates. Once we have received all applications, our Selection Committee will announce winners in July 2012 to allow for sufficient time to obtain visas and make travel arrangements. We will offer full scholarships to a select number of participants in order to maximize participation from those who are traditionally under-represented; namely, young people and those from the Global South. This support includes conference registration, round-trip economy class airfare, hotel accomodations and a fixed stipend for visa fees and other incidentals.
